 A deposit is not required to book an appointment but a debit/credit card is. Since appointments are lengthy they fill up a huge spot in my books. I require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. If you no show your appointment, then 100% of the missed appointment will have to be paid before you can reschedule.
